Modwash opening 5 miles to existing location.

Hello -

I am not too familiar with Modwash but I understand their push of course is clubs / unlimited. They seem to be on super fast aquasition build mode. Word that they will be building within 5 miles to a car wash I have an interest in. What kind of revenue hit could be expected / and or what have other operators seen as gross sales impact with a new facility going in this close? I am looking at 3 bay SS and 2 bay IBA -

Expand your customer base and advertise it. You can wash many things they can’t like boats, outdoor furniture, construction equipment.
