There are new rollers being offered by PDQ for the dispenser. They are much softer rubber and slightly "knobby" Your distributor should have these and they are very easy to install. My experience after replacing these has been fantastic. I also agree that cleaning the eyes is very important. especially the exit eyes (top and bottom). Good Luck
