I have installed the G&G color lights in my self-serve bays. At night they will be doing the color show and when someone pulls in the bay I want them to switch to white lights. I need a signal to activate it. I was thinking a PIR/motion sensor would be the easiest and the cheapest. Does anybody else have any recommendations? It can be a low voltage signal or a high voltage signal.

I actually read the manual and it has to be 12 volts to 200 VDC. This is for self serve bays, Greg.

You could use either a motion sensor or the power output from the timer to the bay. Motion sensor makes more sense, the lights will come on normal as soon as someone pulls in, and with a delay relay they will stay white for X minutes after it picks up motion. The voltage compatibility issue is easily solved with a relay coil that matches the voltage of the motion sensor.
