Mounting foamy brush booms

We are getting ready to mount these booms in three bays.

What is best way to attach them to our block walls? The five mounting holes holes are 3/8" diameter. My thoughts were to through bolt them or to use double expansion anchors and get as many as possible in the solid areas of the blocks. (especially the top two)

I'm sure anchors are good enough for the boom but If someone hung on the hose could they pull out?

You should through-bolt them. If you can't for some reason, you should at least use an epoxy anchor system. No sleeve or wedge anchor is going to hold in hollow block. If it's solid block, use wedge anchors.

Thru bolt. Had to re do this for several at a place I took over. Expansion anchors in solid block is iffy. Buy Stainless rods, washers, lock nuts.

We ordered 9" long stainless steel bolts yesterday and will sleep better knowing they are through bolted.

You might also want to get a piece of angle iron or a heavy plate to put on the inside wall with the threaded rod or bolts going through it.
