Yeah....keep thinking about switching to wobble heads. ... Are they a big issue with needing parts and repairs ?

I have been testing the wobble heads Kleen Rite now sells and I still see some customers who "attempt" to cheat but they give up after a few minutes of trying this, they do have some design modifications I need to send in Kleen Rite for consideration I wish they made a longer handle version for my truck bay overall I like them no repairs to speak of.

I have 8 in service. In 3 years I have had to replace 2.

That's not bad - what goes wrong with them? It wouldn't be a big deal if they get stuck rigid.

They get run over a few too many times and the fitting broke off the end.

I like them. pretty much the same as Earl says. They have a lot of comedic value!!! I love to sit there and watch them for a few minutes, then I tell them to either put $$ in the machine or go elsewhere!!! The only issue I have had with them is I cant use foam brush swivels on them. I have to use the high pressure swivels. I have a triple foam setup on the brushes and the cheap foam brush swivels work for a day or so then start leaking badly.

I hate mudders. They spend the least amount of $ to knock off the majority of the mud and they track their mess in the parking lot. We've filed a NO TRESPASSING on several but we still get some every now and then. We don't mind average muddy vehicles but definitely not MUDDERS, they fill our pits, cost us potential customers and $ to clean their stupid mess!

Apologize for high jacking the post, but why don't the foam brush swivels work? Is the handle too heavy that it creates accelerated wear and tear on them?

The handles are a little heavy. Never had any complaints. The swivels I used to use were the cheap KR swivels. I think the bit of added pressure put on the swivel from pushing the piston down just causes the leaks. I have triple foam in my brushes and I run it really heavy almost to the point of shooting out the brush head. People like it that way. So I just started using high pressure swivels and they work much better.

I'v been using the Spraying Systems low-pressure swivels - they're less expensive than a high-pressure, they swivel very freely and they usually last at least five years on either the foam brush or trifoam. They have a breakaway point but I've never had one break. They're repairable if they break and rebuildable but they're so cheap and last so long I've never bothered to rebuild one.
