No the entrance apron is not heated. That's one of the mistakes I made when I built new. I took someone's advice saying it was not needed and only heat the exit apron but it really is needed.

Old pricing was $10,12,13,15.

Looks good! Did you buy that or DIY?
I had a friend of mine make the steel framing out of some angle iron that he re-purposed from some warehouse racking. I painted it and bolted it to the concrete. Then we made the shapes of the signs out of cardboard and brought them to my sign guy. I used some trade magazines to get the colors I wanted and my friend Eric found me a picture of someone else's menu board and I used their ideas for the disclaimer instructions and pictures.

Looks awesome!

@Waxman how do you keep the ice under control on the entrance apron? City made me remove the drain on my exit apron, and its not very long, got ice problems galore back there.

we chopped the ice not too long ago by hand but it does get slick. A friend of mine who used to have a car wash in North Dakota said to just use water softener salt crystals. I haven't done that yet but I plan to.

As far as the pricing goes, my two competitors locally are friction washes and they get about $20 for the top package and their expenses are far below that of a touchless. I've gotten some Pushback on price from customers, but not a whole lot. A big percentage at the top package so far.
