Nayax system down

Is anyone have Nayax offline. I have 3 locations and all. Are showing offline. System failure? I have both types of SIM cards so I doubt this is the problem

reboot all your units, worked for me - I did it through the app. Also, all of mine weren't down, just some.

That s not helping. I do have one location on but I was told both Att and Verizon down. My AT&T is working

As of now, all of ours on online and working with just the reboot. I am fairly certain we have verizon sim cards. Have you opened a support ticket online? Good luck!

Yes spoke with them. They confirmed outage All Verizon is not working in Dallas Texas
