The factory doesn't have any in stock in the US and neither does my distributor.
The part # is 86.03.01.01

It is a cast aluminum part that the brush and drive motor mount to.

I have broken two on my machine. The first time they had to order it, but the last time they had it in stock. You may give them a shout and see if they can help you out. They also parted out a machine a few months back.

Eagle Express Wash Systems, New Albany, IN. 812-948-1200. Steve is the parts man. He may be off this week. I called today and he wasn't there, but someone else will be able to help you.

BTW, the first one I broke on the weekend before Christmas and being down wasn't an option. I called a local welder on Sunday morning and he welded it back together and got me going.

Thanks for the suggestion. I actually called them last week and ordered one. They overnighted it for me and my distributor installed it Friday. On Saturday the kevlar belt let loose (didn't break) and allowed the brush to free fall and breaking both the right and left guides again.
Our service tech said the couldn't be welded but our welder said they can so he welded them and we are putting them back on.

Any idea why these guides break?
Any idea what our distributor may have done wrong when reassembling that caused the second failure? They don't seem to think it was their fault. It did wash about 50 cars between their repair and the failure.
