It?s called ?Impoundment? ?to lock something such as an illegally parked car in an enclosure or compound? I?ve never paid the tow company for Impounding a vehicle. The last one I had towed cost the guy $277 to get his car back from the impound yard, tow company.

Kevin, If you look carefully you will se that the Harbor Freight dollies are only rated for #1000 each. Not enough for a large SUV.
