Need Help to add Card Option in my carwash

Hello There, I have car wash since couple years when I bought It, it has only cash option as source of payment and thinking to add the CC as a payment option in the bay. Since I am new don't know what to do? Can anyone please advise? how to proceed in this? Also how hard it is to yourself? how to pick processar that is easy enough to work?
Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Added Cryptopay some years ago. Already Had Dixmor LED timers so I did not have to change that for the bays. They only use Worldpay for processing. I had added boxes for Bill acceptance s I put the swiper on those boxes. ( I corrected $ programming after video was shot)
