Need to issue a Cryptopay refund.

Can someone help me out. Had a customer accidentally use his business card for a car wash and needs it refunded so he doesn’t get in trouble. In the past I would simply use World Pays virtual terminal and refund it however, in their quest for the worst customer service they have eliminated the VT. I have also provided the transaction ID to Cryptopay in the past and they somehow refunded it. Problem is, I’ve done that so infrequently that I can’t remember who at Cryptopay I contacted. Does anyone have a name and phone # of someone at Cryptopay that can help me out?

You can still get into a virtual terminal and do it. They shifted it to another site i just did the same yesterday. Below is the link for what i use.

You log into accessIQ system, website or app. Search for the transaction after it posts. Then select issue refund. Their support is definitely lacking.
