I bought another location and although this location was well maintained and in good operating order it has no bells and whistles...... I have 4 washes total in this town with a population of 15000 with a lot more close outside of city limits. I have no covers over vacs there nice vacs but no combos nothing to small laurel vendors.in bays it's simply atypical 8 selection options. Are awnings over vacuums very important? Should I add tri-foam, air shammee to bays? Also have a extra bay that was a in bay automatic but was removed and made a self serve bay considering putting another on back in and signage is very bland no
Branding? I have other locations and just trying to get other professionals opinions on any of the above that will help increase customer counts the most! Only one location in town 2 Iba and 2 self serve have tri-foam no air shammees and all three others have a covered awnings. Just FYI.
