what cashier would you buy today for your iba? We have a ws11
Randy what about water blowing back on that touch screen. All our pay stations are only about 12 ft from the entrance of the automatic and I wonder what the overspray would do to the touch screen? The Hamilton "Commander" would be my choiceCommander Pay Station | Hamilton Manufacturing Corp.
The new Hamilton Commander packs the very latest technology and customer convenience into a compact and affordable pay station.www.hamiltonmfg.com
We have some touch screen HTK's installed in a similar situation and its not an issue with the water.Randy what about water blowing back on that touch screen. All our pay stations are only about 12 ft from the entrance of the automatic and I wonder what the overspray would do to the touch screen?
are you using it in a iba? or tunnel. That Hamilton looks nice. I've been considering the Dencar. I love the 21" screen and the technology it incorporates ( mostly related to monthly subscriptions ).

How do you like your htk? Looking to replace our ws2We have some touch screen HTK's installed in a similar situation and its not an issue with the water.
You can’t go wrong with Hamilton in my honest opinion. The Goldline is a tank that just works. The more fancy the options become, the more issues arise. Htk’s have been more reliable than most equipment of a similar level based on what I have seen and heard from other operators. They aren’t as reliable as the goldline, but they have been solid since we installed them without a doubt. How do you like your htk? Looking to replace our ws2
Looks great if you are going to offer memberships, but I read somewhere that they charge a high monthly free to use it.That Hamilton looks nice. I've been considering the Dencar. I love the 21" screen and the technology it incorporates ( mostly related to monthly subscriptions ).

There is a $200.00 monthly fee for the app, but that covers unlimited sites. And unlike third party hacks, we don't take a cut of your revenue. It's a well-rounded app that has a wide range of features to meet the needs of pretty much any market or customer, so you don't have to limit yourself just to monthly memberships.Looks great if you are going to offer memberships, but I read somewhere that they charge a high monthly free to use it.
If both locations used the same Hosted Solutions account, yes. The app receives data (pricing, promos, clubs etc.) via the API and key assigned to the Hosted Solutions account.I have full ownership at one location and 50% owners at a 2nd. They have different names but are almost identical. Are you saying that I could use the app for both locations for one $200 monthly fee?
Glad you're happy with both! Regarding the contactless feature, unfortunately this is completely beyond our control. Worldpay's software runs on the Ingenico reader and we have no influence on their development cycles. We did (finally) receive a software update from them this week that we're testing, and so far the contactless is working flawlessly. I'm not sure what the status is on the dip/swipe ahead though (where you can insert or swipe a card at any point in the transaction flow)... I'll see if I can get some info from our engineers today.Hamilton HTK or COMMANDER is way to go. I have both purchased new within the last 2 years. I would say commander over HTK but quarter hopper capacity is a joke on the commander. HTK has better quarter capacity, can also dispense bills, and has a 15in touch screen instead of 10in. You pay the price though. Only downfall for both units is THERE IS NO TAP TO PAY and all selections on touch screen need to be selected before a credit card can be inserted. Hamilton claims there working on a update to fix the ingenico card readers well its been two years and nothing. It can confuse customers who try to swipe their card after picking a wash. They don't realize they have to actually choose wheather they are paying by CC or cash. Other than that both good machines. Hosted solutions is awesome and single use codes is a great convenience for the inconvenient customers lol
i called you guys about this last week. i would love to know when either option becomes available. only other thing i have an issue with with the htk is that the UI is a bit old and lackluster. it does not have a lot of options to view different sales metrics. for that i would have to point you to look more like the unitech portal ti UIs. other than that i am happy with my htk. fyi my htk is from 2016.Glad you're happy with both! Are you talking about the customer UI? We do offer custom themes, and released new software for enhanced sell configurations last year (requires new controller).i called you guys about this last week. i would love to know when either option becomes available. only other thing i have an issue with with the htk is that the UI is a bit old and lackluster. it does not have a lot of options to view different sales metrics. for that i would have to point you to look more like the unitech portal ti UIs. other than that i am happy with my htk. fyi my htk is from 2016.
