New Car Wash - Water and Traffic Counts

Thank you. These are current boxes and I’d like to add card readers. Would card reader fit? Is cryptopay the way to go?

I’m assuming they sell face panels for the current boxes- the ones currently there are looking worn.

Should fit fine. You would place them between the two locks on the left.

If competition is low, wash is in good shape and established and it has at least a few truck bays I think $100k is reasonable (but I wouldn’t buy it based on that since tax return says otherwise).

If it does have truck bays they sure add a lot of revenue

If you can't do $100k on a wash that nice looking with 26k CPD and at 63 cents a minute ya'll in the wrong business

Tdl was thinking like me: $1.25/4 minutes, but you are double that price on bays & vacs. So that amount is very attainable, especially w/ that car count & how nice it looks.
Ypur bank is only gonna lend on what they tepirt on taxes.
Id definitely do Cryptopay, but just 3 or 4 bays max.
