Thought on their new site and layout? I think it sucks.... Too much white and very hard to read.

I like that they now have more quick link tabs right there on the home page. Before some of those were more difficult to find.

I like the overall additions, just not the large white background. Makes it harder to see everything well. Very plain. Wont' take much to spice it up.

Slash, I noticed on your screen shot that the chat box is still there. The other day I went to chat with them from my computer and it is not there. I can't remember if it was there when they updated the site. It is still available if I access it on my phone though. Also I have their phone number but it is nowhere to be found on their site. Only contact I see is an email for sales.

The chat box shows up on Mrs. Our Town's computer but she is using a Mac with Chrome. I'm using Windows 10 with Chrome.

Thanks. After restoring my browser back to default it shows up just fine now.

I've only been using the new site for a couple of month and am a fan. I've never saw the old one. The site is intuitive from my perspective.
