Love to post a pic of the new plastic floor I'm instaling in the tunnel. It can't figure out how to post a pic using my IPad / iPhone. This product looks real good:D

As I can see the pros of this for cleaning the con would be somebody slipping due to the chemicals embeding to the plastic making it very slick. Can't wait to see this floor.

Can't find the iPad app. The floor is blue with a yellow stripe were the passenger tire goes. It's not slippery and washes down with a garden hose at the end of the day. We tried in the past with a expoxie floor but it didn't stand up very well. The wash looks amazing. I did sign up for imageshack but I also just installed windows 8 on my lap top and it sucks so bad I never want to open my lap top again!!!!!.

I can email some pics.

After seeing the pictures I like it what material is it?
Plastic. I just had a hydraulic leak and I just washed it of the floor. At the end of the night just rinse the soap off. The only problem is that I had to screw it down. The concrete will never dry. diamond wash can you post the pics I sent you?

Looks great, Diamond - very nice.

Hard to tell from the pictures, but did you go around the equipment legs and arches, or do they sit on top of the new floor?

Good work. Thanks for posting the pictures.

Back in the 70 and 80's I had snap on orange and white (one foot square) squares on the outside of the car wash equipment for walking. But I didn't have the cars traveling on them.
It took away the slipping and fatigue on the legs while walking in the tunnel.
I love the look but why did you do it?
Are you up and running now?
Have you had any issues with cars possibly jumping the rollers or track due to drag?
Any feedback from customers?
Where did you buy them and what was the cost?
It really dressed up your wash. Thanks for the pictures.

I was able to lift up the arches but I did cut around the base of the equipment. So far I have run about 4,000 cars and no problems yet. The soap does cover the floor around the foam sticks but just rinses off and still looks like the day I installed it:D

It's funny to watch the customers drive by the exit end of the tunnel as its so brite and clean the usually look over. Some customers like it so much they are now installing it in there garages.

The cost was around $2,200 and is very easy to install.

Curious. In some photos it looks like you put it to the outside of the conveyor and in some it does not. Did you choose not to do some or was it just work in progress?

Also by having yellow where the tire goes it seems tha would be most susceptible to black tire marks. any issues with this?

Please report back in 50,000 cars or so as to durability.
