Hello everyone, My name is Giovanny Im a carwash technician/ installer i work for WV carwash service's. Ive been with WV for about 7months now and i love it. I work with all of mark 7 equipment, laser wash 4000, All models of PDQ'S, PECO, AVW Equipment,*Belanger and so on I'm currently installing a AVW Dual 30" conveyor belt designed for more control of the vehicle when the driver is inside but less restriction on the type of vehicle being washed. Having all four tires on allows more control when the driver activates the brakes or turns the wheel because nothing happens. This*eliminates guide rails makes versatility on tire size, tunnel*efficiency improves dramatically.

Question for you, what's the durability like on the AVW conveyor belts/ housing and what is the maintenance regime. I imagine you would have to flush the belt recession daily to keep it moving?

Does implementing the belts preclude you from having direct wheel scrubbers and tire gloss add ons like the Macneil Wheel/Gloss Boss?
