I'm starting to research and get quotes for new radiant floor heating in my three self-serve bays and possibly my automatic bay. The current floor heat we have is extremely old and was done with some sort of black rubber hose. Currently, in two of the bays the floor heat does not work at all because of cracks in the rubber hose lines. We are going to remove it all and start over... What is your advice for the best radiant floor heat system? Any and all advice is appreciated. I know pex tubing is the standard for floor heat - so we will be going with that. But what about the best tankless heaters? Floor heat liquid? Pumps?

Chris & company can supply everything you need…
Oxygen barrier Pex tubing
Manifolds and Boxes
Lochinvar Boilers and Grundfus Pumps
System design

I use https://crete-heat.com/ for under slab insulation…spendy, but saves a ton on operating costs.
Without the need to wire tie the tubing to remesh, it makes tubing installation so much easier.

And, use 50/50 mixture of inhibited Propylene Glycol.

Thanks for the advice! Wow that Crete-Heat really makes a difference.

I'll be sure to contact carwashboilers.com to get things rolling. Did you have a local company install everything then?
