Hello all,

I have a Coleman electronic 8 selection vendor that has been giving me fits the past 2 years or so. Ive had the electronic board repaired 3 times and just everything about it has become very unreliable.

I would like to get a full size vending machine maybe 39-52 selection.

does anyone have any recommendations as far as brand and something thats very secure? It would be installed outdoors of course.

Thanks in advance.

I was about to recommend ShurVend, but their section on this forum is gone and their web site is shut down.

Hey John,

I recently purchased two shurvends, one a 51 selection and the other a 39 selection. I am very pleased with their ease of use (i know nothing about vending machines) and Jim from Shurvend is always there with a phone call.

No brainer........Shurvend. I've had mine a year. Should have listened and done it years ago.

Thanks for all the recommendations

Hello All,

Thanks to all of you who made ShurVend your recommendation for a vendor. We appreciate it very much.

I have not posted very much in the last year; kinda took a sabbatical from the Forum for awhile. I intend to reinstate the users group very soon so I can again offer some ideas and updates on all the new designs and digital offerings that are happening almost daily.

During my sabbatical this past year I designed a new 32-selection high security vendor called the VendPro-iG4 which some of the posters on this thread already have. I also made some changes in the small 18-selection Junior RL in-the-wall vendor to better reflect what the operators want in a vending machine.

We haven't gone away, just being very selective in how we spend our advertising budget. The reginal shows have not been productive the past few years, so we are concentrating on the ICA show once a year and then some other avenues of spreading the word about ShurVend.

Uncle Sam:)

Vendors

Thanks to everyone posted. I am trying to make arrangements with Cellardale to stop by his wash and check out his Surevend vendors.

ShurVendPlus - is the way to go. Bought the big one over 2yrs ago and am glad I did. I measure everything on a 3yr payback and it'll make it there before then.

I also recently bought a vending machine to replace Coleman vending center. Have not gotten around to add drinks yet.

Vending machine

New vendor is working out pretty good. I can already see where there may be a small improvement and that is it needs a little hood over the digital display. When its sunny outside the display is almost impossible to read unless you cup your hands over it.

Other then that havnt noticed anything else.
