Newbie Looking to buy Car Wash business - Please help

Corporate would be in the business if carwash was as easy as fast food.

In most cases, self-service doesn’t sell because the exit strategy is not viable.

OEM’s and dealers go out of business because you can’t survive by just selling equipment.

Self-service can avoid slow death by changing the business model.

Numbers

Are you sure the numbers are correct? That means that every citizen including every man, woman and child is spending an average of $33.33 annually at the car wash. I just dont see it personally. It may be doing that but I'd be shocked if so.

I am pretty sure you were told repeatedly that more information is needed and given suggestions about what you need to investigate. If you are looking for an answer about philosophically what you should do, ask your preacher or your mom.
