Those kind of look like Kip solenoid coils. This is the reason we don't use manifold blocks, with individual stainless steel soleniod valves they are easy to swap out.
I too have the Dilling Harris soleniods and today swapped out one bank with new KIP's on my tire cleaner unit. It sloved my issues. Just cut the wires and install new terminals to attach. I found direct replacements on a lot of old Harris products.
It's easy enough to see if it's the coil, just unhook the wires at the terminal strip.
Do you have the GS-27 logic controller in your pump stand? I've seen those go bad and cause a dead short. You can unhook the presoak wire to it to check.
