Can anyone tell me what I need to check for no hot water in one of the self service bays. I'm new to the business and don't know much about it but will try to get you any information that could help me diagnose the problem. I'm in a rural area and the closest repairman are 1 1/2 hour away so I need to be able to diagnose and fix the problems on my own. Thanks in advance for any and all help.

What type of a water heater system do you have? Take some photos and post here if you are not sure what you have.

It magically started working but I’d still like to know how it works. When it wasn’t working it wasn’t pulling water out or the tank. I assume there’s a solenoid that opens up somewhere. Thanks for the help

Looks like you have one solenoid mounted near your pump. That’s likely your soap wash, was the soap wash your hot water issue?

Is one of the open tanks hot and one cold?
