No Pressure for Spot Free to 1 SS Bay

The Spot Free in one of my SS bays isn't working. I am receiving 120 V on my Dema (normally open) solenoid. The 1/3 HP motor is coming on. I installed a new rotary vane pump(clockwise rotation) to the motor. I have a new pressure valve, yet I'm getting no reading on my pressure gauge and no water in the bay. What am I missing? Could it be the valve that the solenoid is attached to?

It's either the solenoid for the bay or the controller that turns on the pump for delivery. Everything you're checking is for the production of the water, not the delivery. Your complete lack of understanding of how this system works tells me it's dangerous for you to be servicing it.

You posted about the same issue four years ago. Go back and read the replies and if this is the same issue reply there.

I am assuming that you have a basic electrical multimeter. If you do not have a schematic to follow ... so you can eliminate an electrical issue ... then try to get one online or emailed to you from whoever the equipment manufacturer is. When & if you exhaust that option ... try to find a friend or an acquaintance to come up with an accurate "easy to follow" on paper schematic-diagram. I got into a real pickle one time having to do some major modular boiler redo & warranty denial. The paid independent engineer I hired gave me some very good advice: "If it can't be done on paper there is a good chance it can't be done."

Caveat ... some electricians & engineers are better at controls than others. Many car wash systems are similar ... so maybe a car wash maintenance person in your area might be the best option! Isn't on this forum "MAC" from Florida? Especially if you found it in you to do a really good drawing of your specifics. A annotated picture can sometimes include enough info for someone with expertise to help you.
