I looking for information on where you purchase your replacement nozzles. Are you going to OEM direct, Distributor, Catalog or other?

Does your distributor change them out for you on regular maintenance visits?

What kind of wash? Nozzles on a brush machine should last 20 years.

We use stainless tips on our touchless washes. I would not worry about changing them unless you see a pressure drop or a pattern change. Reclaim could add to premature wear but for the most part they should last a long time. We have many touchless sites that we service and I do not even stock tips for the IBA's. We just order as we need them (which is very rare).

If you do replace them, make sure they are they same size and pattern as the originals. I would start with the manufacture.

Met Kleenrite's oldest employee yesterday. Very nice guy, great company; bought a Cat pump from them today.
Just make sure the nozzles have the same flow rate and pattern degree.
