Oasis. Are they still alive?

I'm not sure what is going on. Maybe they see my number on caller ID and just don't answer. We are trying to get some tech support on their automatic but no one answers the phone. Is it just me? I can live with that, but do need some info. Anyone have an inside phone number? Been trying for the last two days with many calls.

Are they the guys out of Kansas? I do know Kansas just went into a deep freeze, couple weeks ago, & still not out. May be busier than a 1 legged man in a butt kicking contest...

We finally did get a call from them. Their tech guy was out all last week. Draw your own conclusions.

I have had similar issues getting thru to tech. I leave a message and most of the time get a return call within an hour or two. I have an older Oasis machine that I am looking to replace soon. Makes me think twice about considering this brand. Customer service to me is a big factor in buying a new machine.
