A couple questions for those of you offering a premium sealant (rain x, weather shield, carnauba hot wax - type products in your ss)
1) Do you still offer the regular ccp/wax, or has the premium product become your only sealant product?
2) If so, are more customers using the premium product? What is the approximate percentage of each?
3) Do you dispense the premium product from the standard wand, or a foam gun?
4) Are customers aware they can use one or the other, or are they marketed in such a way that a customer could use both without feeling as thought they are applying a duplicate product?
My regular ccp foams lightly (white), so when a customer uses it, I am still getting time on the meter to apply and rinse the product.
I have room for both the regular ccp and a premium product on my meter box, so my thought is if I still offer the regular product, I'll still have the increase in usage time without the higher cost for dispensing the premium product for the customer who elects to use the regular product for whatever reason.
