Hello I have upgraded all my low pressure to Dosatorn wall mount units..
I have a large tank with 3 departments I no longer need because the new system don't require it
I also got 2 new wall mount tanks for raise and HP Soap. The rinse is currently gravity fed through the old system to my cat pumps
Since I am getting rid of this tank what do I need if I'm not going to gravity feed. I assume a pump to the new rinse tank. How would that connect to the cat pumps? Same way as gravity fed or should I make the new tanks the same set up as this.

I got new tanks because the the old tank is below pump level.

If you have a cold water solenoid valve on the inlet side of the pump you can connect city water to the pump.

Do you have both hot and cold high pressure functions or just cold? Would you plan to change that in the future?
