Attached is spreadsheet from client I modified to demonstrate.

4- tier contribution margin (CM) is $5.01, one price is $2.40.

So, you would need to wash twice as many cars with one price just to maintain status quo.

Main reason is a $10.00 price may chase away people who buy $5.00 wash regardless of how much value-added is rolled up into the one price wash.
Maybe the answer is to offer only two wash packages, $5 and $10 (or whatever suits the market). You won't chase off regulars that come in every few days who only ever need a basic wash, and the rest will likely step up to the higher package.
