trying to replace an oscillating motor on driver side. New motor has 3 black wires and green wire. 3 black wires labels as 1,2,and3. So which wire goes with which to the panel? The panel side has 3 blue wires. Old oscillating motor has white, red, black and green.
Keep in mind I'm not an expert by a long shot. It has been my understanding that on 3 phase motors you just hook up the three "non-green" wires to the power source. If the motor turns the wrong direction, you just switch any two of the three and it will turn the other way.

It is 3 phase AC motor, all the black are hot so just hook them in. If the motor turns in a direction you don't want it to, change 2 wires only and it will change the motor direction.
