Pallet shipping

I am thinking getting a pallet of soap from KR. Once delivered, how do you unload the pallet from their truck? Do you have to have a forklift or the driver has one on their delivery truck? Need to specify lift gate?

I order 5 Gallon Pails so it's not hard to unload them.

Be sure to stretch before you break down the pallet.

They always have delivered my pallet orders with a lift gate truck. They set it by the door and I break it down from there.

Same here, RL carriers have a lift gate so we lower it to the height of my truck or trailer and unload them. I wish I had a forklift, I would order more pallet loads instead of singles.
