My PDQ 360 isn't putting on triple foam its only putting out water. When I put it in maintenance mode I can manually get triple foam but in normal operation it won't put it out.
Any Ideas would be appreciated

Is your machine weeping? During the winter due to the weep I cut my delay time before the triple foam pass starts, as well as selecting the option to prime the lines during the pass before.
