PDQ LASER WASH 360 troubleshoot

Hello,

We have PDQ laser wash 360 in oklahoma. and it's acting weird. it starts as soon as someone pays and before pull inn.
has anyone had this kind of problem? it seems all techs are busy after snow so I decide to post question here to get more knowledge and fix it asap if it is easy because we had to close it for few days due to cold and don't want to lose more income keeping it closed in good days.

You have to look at whatever sensor is activated when the vehicle is in the correct position to start the wash. That is where your problem is most likely.

How to find about sensor ?

i'm not sure what sensor triggers your type of car wash. On my old side track, there was a floor switch that was activated by the pressure of the tire of the car being on it. That's what started the wash.

On my razor, there are photo eyes that detect the car being in the right position. That is what starts the wash.
