Pennies from heaven?

Today I had to be on the roof of one of my washes. While tinkering around up there I found a nickel. I didn't think much of it until I found another, and another, and even more. I walked all around the perimeter and found 19 pennies, 9 nickels, 15 dimes, and one canadian quarter. Most were close to the edge. Are birds carrying them, lighting on my awning, and then dropping them? I've never seen any evidence of that, but how are the coins getting up there? It kind of lends credence to that theaory of birds stealing the money out of that ACW years back. Most people don't beleive that happened, me I'm not sure. I have seen a bird disappear into one of those old ACWs and now I have found coins all over my roof. Kinda make me go hmmm?

What happened to the "EDIT" button? I made a couple of spelling mistakes and wanted to fix them.

I remember seeing the video of the bird going into the ACW. How yours are getting up there is another matter. If it was me, I would build a bigger roof.

I would have to guess it's kids throwing the coins on the roof. I find empty soda bottles up there all the time.

I find rocks up there also, but just in case it is from heaven leave a note that you want real large bills instead.

My wife seems to think it was Canadian geese, because of that quarter
