Percentage of Gross

I’m about to purchase another wash (#2) and was curious if most of you multiple SS operators see the same ballpark percentage of your gross at each location. I understand there’s differences in every property. Single site operators chime in also. My wash now is running 40% of my sales plus or minus and my water/sewer is a big chunk of that. As always thanks for your feedback!!

Kinda depends on water & sewar, & how much startup is & price per minute. Chemicals vary, but not as much as some like to make it. Cheaper chems don't ho as far, & more expensive chems last longer..
My 3 SS sites are around 40--45% net.
