Petit or Oasis distributor

You are so angry and bitter. It is obvious to everyone but you how abrasive and bias you are. You don't like Petit ok dude grow up and move on. You have zero data to comment on a Petit's reliability and when people that do have data comment you call them liars. I know alot of Petit customers that get 100,000 cars plus out of hoses and sensors.

I would like everyone that reads this comment and your comment to go to page 1 of this thread start over + read comments and evaluate who is the angry and bitter person in denial.

BTW your last and only 15 posts have been against me and pro petit. Talk about bias lol

In your climate I would defiantly go with a Oasis since their machine has a heated system integrated with it. They do not rely on just doors to keep it from freezing like a petit does. Also it is way FASTER then a Petit. Give Oasis a call they will take care of you.
oasis is not, nor will ever be faster than a petit, thats petits selling point, ive timed our 8 pass on our petit, 3:40 for an 8 pass wash.....

Just cause it’s there selling point does not mean it’s true. Why don’t you do a little research buddy. A typhoon can do 16 passes in three minutes. So yes it’s twice as fast.

For me a petit it is over priced. Yes it is fast but those close to me just don't clean as well as the machines they replaced. One had an old DS that was on it last leg but it cleared my Jeep and my Van much better especially the windshield.

everybody in the South needs DWELL time. While getting dwell time, you also need some speed. But not sure the 2 are compatible. ha Oasis seems so fast, you may need to have too much idle/dwell time, & customers think somethin ain't working?

My 6 pass Petit is 3:50. That is pretty dang fast!
My 7 pass Razor Edge is 4:40 7& that is pretty fast.

If I can get an Oasis to have 90 secs of PS on the car, allowing it to work, then layer 3x Foam, then HP rinse, then Ceramic & finish w/ SFR & do that @ 3:00... then that is a game changer! I also like to apply TC/WC w/ a CTA as they enter, just to add more PS & more dwell. I think putting that on a Dry car (& not having undercarriage) works best down here as well...

Dwell is an absolute must with the typhoon or it will not clean. It is too fast. Typically I set up top washes like this:

PS1 Pass
Dwell Pass
PS2 Pass
Dwell Pass with UB
Rocker Blaster Pass
HP Pass
Triple Foam Pass
HP Pass
Rain Bar Chem Pass
HP Pass
Rain X Pass
Med Pressure HP Pass
HP Wax Pass
Spot free Pass

All that in three minutes. Basic washes are around 1 30 sec. You can layer the chemical on and do a top washes in 1 30 but that’s not the right way to do it and customers will probably feel like they are getting ripped off.

1. Only thing I see I may do is: switch Rocker Blaster with the TRiple Foam Pass & remove 1 HP pass. That would add 15 more secs dwell, by layering the 3 foam.
2. ALso, what exactly is your Rain Bar Chem pass used for? I was talking about in a very affluent area, where they want to have Ceramic for sure.

3. Have you seen a Typhoon that has a Ceramic Lava curtain, with the wash's logo shining through it?

So you want to keep it an even number of passes so the machine always returns home on SF.

What you could do if you want to speed things up is apply the TF while the rockers are on. Then you can also delete a HP pass. That will save about 30sec. Your going to have 60 sec of dwell time which is more than sufficient.

Rain bar is mostly used for either a carnuba or ceramic wax.

I don’t recommend the lava curtain. Uses 3-4 times more chemical then a rain bar and no matter how perfect you get it, it always changes. I have seen the washes that have the logo on the curtain but only tunnels. You wouldn’t be able to do that with a iba IMO since the machine is constantly moving.
