There was a report on the radio last week about physical problems associated with the aging of the body. Turns out that most physical problems are associated with 2 things: muscle loss and bone loss.

The story went on to describe how a woman in her 80's enjoyed a regular regimine of weight lifting and was building muscle at a good rate.

They said that it is entirely possible to build muscle all your life!

That's all I needed to know to gain inspiration.:)
