Physically Installing of Blowers

Hi everyone, I'm going to remove a wall mounted cross brace with three blowers mounted to it, drop it, remove the blowers and replace with them different model blowers, what's the trick to lowering and then of course raising the blowers brace again to remount to the walls?
For the ceiling isnt tall enough to use a forklift unless there is some form of a large piece of material that the blower cross brace would rest on top of so the backside of the forklift doesn't hit the ceiling prior to the proper final position of the brace.
Guessing, Has this been done with a couple plastic drums placed on a pallet maybe, of course they would have to be strapped securely to the forklift frame assembly.

Whats the trick to this??

Thanks!

I use a stack of pallets, maybe 3 or 4 on the forklift and lift off the blower. You kind have guess on how many pallets you need. I wouldn't use a plastic drum.
