What are you guys using for polytube fittings? I have a leak that is hard to get to and it has those brass nut and sleeve type fittings on it. To make things worse it is a built manifold with several threaded fittings and of course it is the middle part that appears to be leaking. I just want to use some type of push to connect fittings to repair it and stock them for other repairs. When looking at what is available the selection is overwhelming. I want them to hold up to vibration and high pH. Almost all tubing we have is 3/8" or 1/4" OD but the pipe threads are 1/8, 1/4 and 3/8. Gee, it sounds like I would have tp stock a bunch of different fittings.

I'll vouch for the SMC fittings. CB80 told me about them years ago. Just took a manifold apart that was plumbed with these fittings that had PS running through it for over 4 years. Absolutely no visible wear that I could see or by measuring with calipers. Never have had a fitting leak, air or chemical. I have well over 100 in service.

I have John Guest fittings too. No failures using them. I would use either in similar applications.

Kleen-Rite sells the SMC fittings in 10 packs so I had to order $167 worth but will have many spares for other repairs!

I looked at a few of the item numbers on eBay and I do see some savings but was not huge. Next time I will spend some time looking there.

But when you compare most Ebay items with "Free Shipping" to the high cost of KR shipping.....To me there's a huge difference!

I did order other items from KR to offset their terrible shipping prices.

I suspect there are local suppliers in the Dayton Metro.
Search for "Automation", Fluid Power, Pneumatics.

In a pinch, HD sells Watts AquaLock fittings...$$$

I have been using MettleAir with much success. Wide selection and I consider them to be reasonably priced.
