Bought a 5 brush foam brush from KR, and Lord knows woo built it. Just spent 7-1/2 hours trying to get it to work. Leaks all ob\ver the place, poor wiring, etc. Thought I had it working then saw the damn thing leaking badly and not shutting on and off.

That’s the thing. DO NOT BUY THIS THING. It must have been designed in China. Have to modify the thing to get it to work.

We have one and it did leak past one of the closed solenoids at first. There was some trash in there from assembly. Also we had to separate the commons because our transformers were out of phase. It's not the best system but ours has been working awesome now for over three years. I won't be buying another one but instead go with another brand or just building one.

It doesn't look like anything special. Are your transformers in phase so you can use one common? Or you could do like Ourtown and wire each bay to it's own common. Not hard to do or verify. Leaks? Isn't everything push connect?

Even if it was built well, I still wouldn't want a system that doesn't have a fully enclosed tank.

Jim's @ etowahs valleys low pressure system is way nicer unit wall mount for about the same price and I bet way more complete package reels of hose, fittings, you can specify stainless valves ect

(Maybe it's just me but i would think a Carwash Distributor would know where to buy some good quality equipment from a decent manufacture at distributor discount pricing. You know flying clients all over to see equipment for years).

PS. Mac don't kill me man. I am just joking but I had too get a laugh.😂😂 ... I am glad you got it running man. I have ran up on my share of low pressure hacks lately so I feel your pain. Ex: Lastnight we instailed brand new dralco booms & one of them was leaking out the box had to get it welded.

Thi is getting stranger the more I look into it. First I don’t think Air Logic exists. Their web site is a like. It shows a building with no sign on it and no cars there. The building is much too small to make everything they claim to make. Very odd. KR shows an amazing variety of panels way more than Air shows. Who built these? My guess is China is involved. This makes more sense as the Air Logic looks someone built this who knew NOTHING about car washing. The mixing tank is way too small. Mine had a broken Hydrominder. When turned on soapy water and that lid with no fasteners all blew off. I had to work 6 hrs to modify so it works. Thoughts?

Yes the "lid" is a joke but I don't think they are made in China unless they changed that. Did you look up 450 E Warner Rd Suite 5, Chandler AZ 85225? I think they are all made to order and it does not seem like it would take up that much space to store the parts and have a place to assemble. Someone said in another thread that they were bought out and it looks like it might be Western Car Wash Solutions. What modifications did you have to do?

Sorry but there are just too many odd things. Why doesn’t Air Logic at least have a name on the building? By their web site they make all sorts of stuff, like IBAs. You do not do that in the small building shown. I had to replace the mixing tank with a bigger one. Had leaks all over the place, and a bad Hydrominder. Had to add wires to the top terminal strip. Water supply line was cross threaded to the Hydro. They actually had a 1/4” OD presto lock fitting supplying the main water. Even shows that in the KR video. And this was sold as a plug and play thing. So that took me 6 hours. Am I just being too picky?

We have 5 of these units and they have performed perfectly over the years that we’ve have been using them. Mac, have you thought about calling Air Logic and having a chat with them and try to work something out with them. Tank leaks, new Hydrominder not working correctly, those are things that happen. Wiring now that’s another issue. Call Air Logic and pitch a bitch to them. I don’t think they build a IBA, they might sell and install them, but I doubt if they build one.

Trying to figure out why you had to replace the mix tank? I bought the Small Air Logic Mix tanks, 6x8x12 with a usable 8-10" depth...So about 2 gallons of mixed solution. I use them for all LP and soap/wax for a 4 bay....FB uses 20oz per minute per bay. For a 5 bay, that's 100oz per minute. If all 5 bays were using FB, it would only have to regenerate maybe once a minute. So what am I missing here. I've never had an issue with the size tanks I use. Did you try adding more sand in the hydrominder float to change the regin timing?

As for the wiring....I think we already addressed if all the commons are linked, the wiring would be a piece of cake. Most integrated systems I've ever seen assume this would be the case. Thats why they only have room for one common on the terminal strip.

As for being picky? I don't know. You had the experience to trouble shoot it and make it work! That's a good thing! For me, this sort of thing happened all too often. Thats why I design and build my own systems now. Usually save about 50-75% in doing so.

I think Mark sold Air Logic as we cannot get them to answer their tech support line or return a phone message.

Well figured out a great solution for this mess. Came across a complete pumping system at a fair price. Will take up half the floor space and looks great. Will use the old thing for target practice.
