Hi all,
Looking for a bit of assistance, just to clarify I'm a business student so electronics wouldn't be my strong point.
I'm working on a school project to find alternative uses for a sealed connector system, like the image below. Currently they are used in the commercial vehicle industry, and are used for wiring looms in the vehicles. I'm trying to come up with alternative markets for the connector and I am looking into the carwash industry to see how they can be incorporated into them.
From my understanding most carwashes are hard wired / direct wired and have little use for connectors, but from your own perspective of owning and operating car washes can there be many electrical faults in the machines that using a sealed waterproof connector may resolve?
Is there much of a need for electrical connectors in the machines you run, if so where?
I know its a strange question, but I really do appreciate any help!
