I haven’t ever used it, but I’d bet it’s made by someone else and private labeled as “Old Blue” ask for a MSDS sheet and then compare it to other products, you might be surprised. I used a Presoak once that was a dynamite Presoak, come to find out by checking the MSDS sheet it was an aircraft cleaner. We used it until they went out of business.

i mix up my high pressure soap using powdered hi-ph presoak ( like simoniz correct ) and add some simoniz foam additive for show and cling. it works very well. i use the same thing for foamy brush and my self serve bays really clean well. my soaps waxes and foams go on hot. customers love it and yes hot water cleans everything (that i know of) better. showers, hand washing, laundry. think about it!
Yes on Hot Water. 120 degrees on everything for 38 years now.. 😄
Happy Car Washing..

The best presoaks I have used were highly alkaline and designed to be used in bay automatics, or were self serve presoaks that were REALLY cranked up.

Many operators and chemical guys are still nervous about screwing up paint jobs with strong chemical. If that was a problem, I'd be out of business by now.

I'm currently using scotch plaid extreme at about 50-64:1. It has a pleasant scent. It foams and looks great at 90:1, but if you want it to clean well it needs to be run stronger.

As far as heated presoak, if you add air into the system, it's going to remove (absorb, whatever) most of the heat that you paid to put in it. A good strong presoak put on at a decent pressure will do the job without heat.
