Happy Holidays out there,

I am having an issue in my second bay. The wash requires 14 quarters to start , although after the customer applies 7 quarters it start up. I have attached a photo of my meterbox. What could be wrong, I just discovered this problem. I am new in business and can not afford to lose money like this.

The Timemaster needs to be reprogrammed.

Press the "Mode" Button...
The "A" menu is coins to start
Press the "Set" button to change the value from 7 to 14

Press and release the Mode button until the display returns to normal operation.

I'd start by replacing the Timemaster timer with a Dixmor LED-6 that you can actually see and read.
One of the few times I disagree with Randy. If it is working, leave it alone. I have at least a dozen of those in use for decades in vacuums, although I do have Dixmore in Bays.

The Timemaster timers are garbage. I had a changer customer who had them in his bays, he doesn't have them anymore. They had 6 bays and 8 timers one was always in getting repaired. I let him use one of my spare Dixmor timers and a week later he ordered 6 new Dixmor timers, he said you could actually see & read the display on the Dixmor timer. When they installed credit it cards it made it really easy to connect the credit to the timer. The face plate needs to be cleaned up to look more presentable to the public.
