NIL has destroyed college sports. Totally agree. But how is the state of CA responsible for that?

It's where the courts finally agreed to hear a case from a former players over name, image, license. The NCAA is done but so is Title IX. As soon as the players are designated employees, it no longer applies. Title IX doesn't cover commercial transactions.

Therefore California was the first State to start paying college players, under the guise of NIL! Immediately, the rest of the country had to follow suit, or no talented players would go to their schools!
