pulsatron output hose rupture

We use pulsatron pumps in a belanger setup (pumps, manifold, etc, all belanger O.E.M.) and all of a sudden i have one pump that is rupturing he output hose. Its somehow letting too much pressure into it and starts as a bubble then bursts. Its happened 3 times in 2 weeks. Does anyone have any idea why this would be happening? They pump chemical up about 18" into injectors installed into the water hoses carrying the mix out to the bay for that piece of equipment.

Coukd that injector be clogged and allowing pressure to build behind it?

What machine is it connected to?

What do you mean what machine is it connected to?? It sucks chems from a drum below it and pumps it up to the injector going directly into the water line going out to the tunnel equipment. The equipment it is supplying is a regular arch. So no back pressure there.
