Do you have enough water at the inlet of the pump? What about right at the exit of pump is you take the pvc off, how's the flow?

Silly question, these pumps can operate on 120VAC or 220VAC. There is a switch on the end of the motor under the cover that needs to be in selected for the correct voltage. Do you have the proper voltage selected?
Is this a reclaim pump or a booster pump for the city water supply?

What are you pumping with that pump? How much pressure do you have on the gauge? I looked up the spec's on that pump, it's rated at 55gpm.

Pumping the waste water from the pits. The gauge is 150

Where does the pump, pump the waste water to and check the end of the pipe.
Do you have any idea what kind of tools or how can I unclog the pipe if it’s clog somewhere?thanks so much for you help.

Find out where it goes and see how much flow is at the end of the pipe. Where does it pump to?

Replace all discharge pipe and still not working well. So we need to find the pipe which is going to pump for suction.
