Pumping water very slow

We thought it was pump problem so we just replaced a new pump. But it still very slow to pumping the water. Anyone have idea what’s wrong with it? Is it something clog underground?thanks so much for any help!

Do you have enough water at the inlet of the pump? What about right at the exit of pump is you take the pvc off, how's the flow?

Silly question, these pumps can operate on 120VAC or 220VAC. There is a switch on the end of the motor under the cover that needs to be in selected for the correct voltage. Do you have the proper voltage selected?
Is this a reclaim pump or a booster pump for the city water supply?

Pumping the waste water from the pits. The gauge is 150

You've got a obstruction somewhere in the discharge pipe, the pump pressure shouldn't be that high.

Find out where it goes and see how much flow is at the end of the pipe. Where does it pump to?

Replace all discharge pipe and still not working well. So we need to find the pipe which is going to pump for suction.
