My understanding it’s the same. Not 100 percent. My first Carwash years back we gave the owner money down and she wouldn’t sell it for 30 days. Sounds like the same thing. Glad to see deals like the one you’re going to get. Keep us posted

We already agreed on $500k, & that's a helluva deal. Not goin to try anymore. Gonna try & get this thing closed & in my name ASAP
I was curious because I've been negotiating on a 3/1. Income has gone down every year. There is potential to grow, but with 13 new express washes opening last year, there is a lot of IBA revenue that will never come back. It is a touch free, but machine is older and would need to be replaced soon.

Slash, based on 13 new Express Washes only, no way I would do that. LOTS of risk there, & not much reward...
