Quicksilver DSNet

I’m wondering if anybody else has had this issue, I’ve been running a quicksilver for a long time, the DS net computer has stopped functioning, and although the quicksilver machine and skid are working fine, we cannot operate the machine without the DSnet. Has anybody found a workaround solution? If we have no choice, but to replace this touchless, are there better machines with fewer reliability issues? We have three IQ brush machines, and they are problematic, the meantime between failures is between 50 and 250 washes. Thanks in advance if anybody actually responds to this

I replaced an old superior sidetrac touch free machine with a new WashWorld razor a few years ago. I find the razor to be an excellent and dependable machine. It doesn't require much more than routine maintenance and the occasional small repair like to a high pressure hose that fails etc. The machine is very easy to troubleshoot and diagnose any problems which are few and far between. I would highly recommend this touch free machine.

Thank you very much, I am talking to a distributor that handles other lines, we’ve been exclusively D&S for 17 years- but sometimes we go down for a week or more waiting for a tech. The people from reliable, seem to handle a lot more washes- and have a lot more techs, I will ask if they can give you a quote on this machine installed. Very much appreciated, thank you for the comment!

Vfd faults- top brush and side brushes. It seems like every problem the tech has never seen before and we’re the first and only one. It’s been like that for over a decade.
Sounds like what i hear from other D&S owners. I never hear of anyone like their equipment nor their techs...

I don't know why you can't run with out the Dsnet system, we put our machine in used over 6 years ago and don't even have a Dsnet system hooked up at all.

it displays the faults on the screen on the pump stand
Our D&S tech is telling me he doesn’t know how to diagnose the quicksilver without the software on DS net. Maybe he’s just not very skilled, we’ve had more problems with this machine than others over the years, and it’s been down going on seven weeks, so we’re looking at wash world, razor with all the bells and whistles. If anybody needs anything once we decommissioned this machine, let me know.
