the thing that makes carwashing really great to me is people like Randy Nix. I just had a problem at my wash and one call to Randy pointed me in the right direction and now my automatic bay is operating normally!

This industry is awesome because of folks like Randy, John Lynn and Eric Hanssen who know a ton more than a guy like me and who answer my calls for help.

I must agree on Randy Nix. When I first started in the business he gave me advice and a whole lot of help. I don't think we would have made it through that first year without him. Thanks Randy!

Agreed!!!! Within and week of taking ownership, our changer got strung. After posting it here, Randy contacted me and sent us out a complete changer to upgrade from our old outdated Hamilton with not a penny up front! How many people would have done that? Since then, he's always there to offer advice and to help with what I'm working on. Koodos to Randy!

I was at the CCA Holiday party and I was speaking to the group on another matter and mentioned how we help each other although we are sometimes competitors as well. One guy ran over to help us check out the SS we acquired because we were tunnel guys and new nothing of things like floor and trough heat. Another had us come over and take a drum of hydraulic oil when we ran out, just a handshake that we would send another the following Monday.

And yes, Randy's advice is first rate.
