Razor Edge fault

Brand new Edge is getting an HMI comm fault daily. I’ve reseated the power strip on the Ewon and tightened all wire to PLC 1 and PLC 2. Anyone else with this issue?

If it's brand new shouldn't the distributor be handling this issue?

They are involved. Problem is they are 4 hours away and this problem is intermittent.

This is directly from the WashWorld manual. Code 53 HMICOMMS fault this code occurs if the wash view screen loses communication with the PLC. Cycle the power on the UCC to see if the fault clears. Check ethernet connection between the wash view and the PLC. Replace as necessary. Contact WashWorld tech-support if ethernet cord replacement does not solve the issue.

Yep. Done all of that. Wash World thinks the HMI might be bad. Trying one more thing before they send a new one.
