My Ceramic stopped coming out of the Rain Bar (via Hyper Flex) this week.
I removed tips, changed foot valves, tried different lp injectors. But nothing helped.
I have noticed my lp psi on water is only 95psi, when it's tile for Ceramic. Im thinking might be something w/ that lp pump / psi...
I cleaned the 2 big grey filters, on pumpstand.
Still nothing. My distributor is stumped to.

Anybody got any advice?

The line with no check valve goes to the LP chems manifold and the line with the silver check valve goes to the hyperflex manifold it may have some debris in it causing a decrease in water pressure, to rule put the pump when you test LP1 or LP2 it should be in the range of 190-200 psi, the hyperflex manifold doesn't have a pressure gauge just the electronic air pressure gauge. Go to your touchscreen.

Maintenance menu

Test wash pass

Toggle functions on and off. LP functions show up first on my machine.

What happens then? Any flow?

So gotta order some kind of amp. Be here tomorrow evening & put on Wed 9am.
Worst part is, in Texas we're having a "cold front" & temps in mid 80°s & Sunny!!
Will cost me a couple thousand being down!😰😰😥😥

If it’s just ceramic can’t you sell the rest of the packages that don’t have ceramic?

That's what I would do too. I had a little problem with my cashier this weekend and had to eliminate selling the top package for a couple of days until I got it fixed today. Some money is better than no money…

WA tech says it is the lp booster pump going out. I didn't think they gradually went out? They're sending a new lp pump. Delayed cause of 4th, or Biden? 🤔😳
Now, entire Edge keeps going down. Helper is headed there in an hour. Gonna work with WW to see what codes are inside panel. VERY frustrating, as they said it was an amplifier, & it was replaced, but that's obviously not the issue .

Did you ever get connected to the control panel via the E catcher system? That way you could work to diagnose it yourself when it goes down and see what's going on…

Interesting. We had a LP pump on a new Razor go bad last month within 7 days of going live. Started to leak water between the motor and the canister. Probably bad seals but just replaced the entire unit since it is a new system.

They said eCatcher & screen front codes won't help. They gotta know what's gling on inside it. So my helper called em, & then they said it'd be Tues before they could diagnose, cause of Holiday..

Perhaps the only way to isolate the issue is to test each section with a dummy tube starting from the Razor station/stand. Use the test tube and a bucket to see if you can find the blockage. Just need to turn on the Hyper Flex for a second each time you adjust the segment. Probably easier to have a second person like the installer help you. The Razor is a fairly basic design, issue sounds like it is a stuck check valve.

This sounds like a good plan. Only I would start somewhere in the middle on the run, that way you have eliminated half the run and know which way to keep moving. Wouldn't it suck if you started at the stand and the blockage was the last fitting on the other end of the run! Been there, done that...

That is a sound engineering approach in general however with a Razor most issues are located near the pump stand. Sometimes the issue is at the other end in the trolley, rarely in the middle unless it is a burst hose. Have owned 4 Razors and will be owning a Profile shortly.

Guess what? Lp pump came in, & it performed WORSE than the original booster pump!!! They worked on it all day.
Im about 95% sure it is gonna ve somethin simple. When we put the product tube on the tip, it shoots up fast as lightning. But then does NOT go out to the bridge!! 😰🧐
Wish we had a WW tech on here, like Ryko & PDQ.
